Delivery Information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Any orders placed outside these times and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Free UK Delivery: Free UK delivery currently applies to all orders (with no minimum order) to UK mainland addresses only.

Free US Delivery: Free US delivery applies to all orders weighing under 2kg to the United States with a minimum order amount of $100. (Royal Mail International Airsure).

Free EU Delivery: Free EU delivery applies to all orders weighing under 2kg with a minimum order amount of €100. (Royal Mail International Airsure).

Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

Royal Mail Tracked24: Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Cost: £5.65 (Up to 2KG)

Royal Mail Tracked48: Delivery takes 2-3 working days. Cost: Free (Up to 2KG)

These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. This service also is insured and requires a signature.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a premium service that guarantees next working day delivery to most areas by 1 PM, but deliveries to remote areas can take longer.
Delivered by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode areas:

AB30 - 39, 41 - 45, 51 - 56 / HS1, 3 - 9 / IV21 - 28, 40 - 49, 51 - 56 / KA27, 28 / KW1 - 3, 5 - 15 / KW16 Stromness Town only / PA20 (0&9) / PA28 - 38, 41 - 49, 76, 77 / PH15, 17 - 26, 31 - 40, 49, 50 / ZE1

Delivered within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas:

HS2 / IM / JE / PA60 - 75, 78 / ZE2, 3

Delivered within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas:

KW16 - non Town / KW17 / PH30, 41 - 44

Royal Mail International Airsure: For all international deliveries weighing under 2kg (outside of UK Mainland). £24.99.

Southern Ireland:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg then goods are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-5 days. Cost: £5.99.

Europe:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-7 days. £14.99.

Rest of World:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg and costs £23.99. Delivery takes 3-7 days. Over this weight then goods are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-7 days. Cost varies.

Split Orders: Please note that your order may be split into separate shipments depending which products you order. This is because we use different suppliers for certain items, so they will be dispatched from different locations.
