'Cooling-Off' Period

You have a legal "cooling-off" period. You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order, and another 14 days to send the items back for a full refund, even if there is no fault. We will issue a full refund on receipt excluding the original delivery charge. However, the item must be returned in its original condition in unbroken packaging and unused otherwise the refund will be refused.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The period for the consumer or user to exercise this right will be 15 days, which will be computed from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer or the collection date by an external agency at our facilities (ART. 71 RDLg 1/2007). The costs generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007).

In accordance with the foregoing, the applicant accepts and makes use of the Right of Withdrawal as covered by current regulations.

Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to return a faulty online purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

Within 30 Days (Short-Term Right to Reject)

You can reject the item and get a full refund.

The clock starts the day after you receive the goods.

The retailer is usually responsible for the reasonable costs of returning a faulty item, so you should not have to pay for postage if the item is broken or not as described.

From 30 Days to 6 Months

You lose the automatic right to a full refund.

You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty item.

If the repair or replacement fails, or cannot be done, you can then claim a full refund or a price reduction.

What are the reasons for a return?

If you wish to return the order within 14 days of its receipt.

If the product is under warranty.

If the product is defective.

If the product received has damage caused by transportation.
